Salo-Tabo sa Kapitolyo

A week-long agro-tourism fair called Salo-Tabo sa Kapitolyo is happening in Provincial Capitol Grounds. This fair showcased agricultural products and the "One town, One product" project for every municipalities in Misamis Oriental.

Every municipality best known "One town, One product":

• “Bibingka” of Lugait and Manticao
• “Ginamos” of Libertad and Initao
• Seaweed health snack and dried fish of Libertad
• Spanish-style sardines of Opol
• Blacksmith of Gitagum
• Bricks and handmade paper of Villanueva
• “sinamay” of Lagonglong
• “buko” pie and coco products of Kinoguitan
• “banig” of Binuangan
• Abaca and handmade paper of Salay
• Chicken products of Sugbongcogon
• Abaca and high-value crops of Claveria
• Bangus and coco sugar of Balingasag
• Native delicacies and organic coco sugar of Gingoog City

Not only are the agricultural products but also the different tourist destinations in Misamis Oriental was also featured in this fair such as:

• Divine Mercy Shrine in El Salvador
• Lasang Secret Adventure in Initao,
• Duka Bay Dive Resort and river boating in Medina
• Mantianak Park in Sugbongcogon
