CIC Summer Workshops

For Kagay-anons who are still undecided on what to do this summer Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro offers different summer workshops which you might be interested in.

• 5 Day Baking and Cake Decorating - February 14-18 & March 26-30
• 5 Day International Cuisine  - April 16- 20, 2012 
• 4 Day Kiddie Chef (ages 6-12 years old) - April 10-13, 2012
• 4 Day Teen Chef (ages 13 and up) -  April 10-13, 2012
• 5 Day Fondant and GumpasteWorkshop  April 23-27, 2012
  
  • 1 Day Basic Fodant
  • 2 Days Advance Fondant
  • 2 Days Gumpaste
• 7 Days Fundamentals in Culinary Arts March 12-16, 2012 & March 19-20, 2012

Reservation should be made atleast one week before the scheduled dates. The workshop fee includes ingredients, recipes and certificates.
