Folkloric Dance Competition: “Plowtawo” and Dance Showcase

A “Plowtawo” dance technique choreography shown along the main city streets that ends with a tableau presentation at the Pelaez Sports Center Complex. Open to all Cities and Municipalities, Barangays, Government Agencies, Schools, Cultural Communities or any other community or Organization.

It's a Fireworks Competition with 7 participants , which were Fireworks manufacturers from Dumaguete City, Cebu City, Manila, Bocaue Bulacan, Iligan City and Cagayan de Oro City

50th Golden Float Parade Competition

  • Location: along the main city streets
  • Cash prizes:
    1st prize – P150,000;
    2nd Prize – P100,000;
    3rd Prize – 50,000.

Civic-Military Parade

    Passes through Velez St. and National Highway
    End at the main road of the Limketkai Center
Halad sa Lambagohan

Kahimunan Regional Trade Fair

  • Date: August 22 – 28, 2011
  • Location: Limketkai Mall Rotunda
  • Highlight: One-Town, One-Product (OTOP) of the different cities, municipalities, and provinces of Region 10.

Locally-made products of the region will be displayed and sold.
