A free concert was held last August 28, 2009 at Pelaez Sports Center. The Handog ng Bombo Radyo at Star FM sa Kagay-an Festival 2009. There are local bands performed but the Mocha Girls and Itchyworms was one of the main performers which was anticipated by the Kagay-anons.
